Consulate in Brisbane discusses ‘Seva Sankalp Resolution’

Officials at the Consulate General of India, Brisbane, led by Consul General Neetu Bhagotia, reviewed and discussed the “Seva Sankalp Resolution” adopted by the Union Cabinet during its inaugural meeting at the new Prime Minister’s Office, known as Seva Tirth.

The discussion focused on the principles and commitments outlined in the resolution, which underscores the importance of service-oriented governance and strengthening public service delivery. Officials reaffirmed their collective resolve to uphold the spirit of the resolution in their work.

Particular emphasis was placed on enhancing citizen-centric services, including passport and other consular services provided to members of the Indian community. The officials reiterated their commitment to ensuring efficient and responsive assistance to citizens in line with the objectives of the resolution.
