Adelaide, April 24 (Australia India News Newsdesk)

The Indian Australian community in South Australia came together to celebrate Vaisakhi Khalsa Sajna Diwas, with an event organised by the Indian Australian Association of South Australia highlighting unity, faith, and cultural tradition.

The celebrations were held at the IAASA hall, where devotees participated in Paath Shri Sukhmani Sahib, followed by soulful kirtan and langar, reflecting the spiritual significance of the occasion.

Community members attended in large numbers, with organisers noting strong participation and a sense of togetherness marking the auspicious day.

The event underscored the importance of preserving cultural and religious traditions within the diaspora, while also fostering community bonding and shared values.

Vaisakhi, which marks the formation of the Khalsa, holds deep religious significance for the Sikh community and is widely celebrated across India and among Sikh communities around the world.
