IABCA spotlights clean energy collaboration with Suzlon in global leaders’ initiative

Sydney, April 28 (Australia India News Newsdesk)

The India Australia Business & Community Alliance has highlighted renewable energy major Suzlon as its Renewable Energy Partner under the IABCA Global Leaders Network collaboration with the South Era Network, underscoring growing conversations around sustainability and clean energy.

As part of the initiative, the spotlight featured Nishtha Gupta, Head of Sustainability and ESG at Suzlon Group, recognised as a leading voice on sustainability across the Asia-Pacific region. The engagement brought together perspectives from industry, policy and innovation to explore pathways towards a more sustainable future.

During the discussion, Gupta shared insights on India’s air pollution challenges and their broader impact on the economy, industries and everyday life. The conversation emphasised the urgent need for scalable clean energy solutions, stronger policy frameworks and collective action to address environmental concerns.

Organisers noted that the collaboration reflects the increasing importance of India-Australia partnerships in advancing renewable energy goals and sustainability dialogue across the Indo-Pacific region.

The initiative forms part of IABCA’s broader efforts to foster business, policy and community engagement between the two countries, with a focus on future-oriented sectors such as clean energy and sustainable development.
