The Perth community gathered recently for an evening of insight and peace with humanitarian and spiritual leader Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. The event, featuring a Wisdom Talk and Meditation, attracted community members along with special guests Mayor Terresa Lynes of the City of Gosnells and Australian cricket legend Justin Langer, who shared his personal benefits from daily meditation practice.
Consul General Amarjeet Singh Takhi honoured Gurudev on behalf of the Indian diaspora in Western Australia, recognizing his contributions to global harmony and well-being. The evening highlighted meditation’s power in promoting inner peace and resilience across communities.
The Art of Living event, “The Answer to All Your Questions,” with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar was also organized at Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne. He spoke about how the fast-paced world, along with stress and anxiety, which cloud our minds to mental health issues.
