The Indian community in Perth came together at the Consulate premises to celebrate the 76th Republic Day of India with unity, patriotism, and harmony.
The celebrations commenced with Consul General Amarjeet Singh Takhi unfurling the Indian tricolour, symbolizing the nation’s pride and spirit. In his address to the gathering, the Consul General emphasized the importance of Republic Day and acknowledged the Indian diaspora’s contributions to fostering strong ties between India and Australia.
