Soha Ali Khan on Launching Her Podcast All About Her: “Being a Woman Is Both Messy and Magical”

Mumbai, Aug 18 (IANS) — Actor and author Soha Ali Khan has stepped into a new role as a podcaster with the launch of her upcoming series All About Her.

Set to premiere on YouTube on August 22, the show aims to create a safe, judgment-free space for women, bringing together inspiring voices and stories.

Covering a wide spectrum of themes relevant to women’s lives, the podcast will explore topics such as nutrition, fitness, hormonal health, work-life balance, financial literacy, and mental wellbeing.

The series will feature candid conversations with prominent names including Malaika Arora, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Smriti Irani, Radhika Gupta, Patralekha, and Sunny Leone. Adding further depth, leading experts like Dr. Kiran Coelho, Dr. Ranjana Dhanu, and Rujuta Diwekar will share their expertise, ensuring each episode combines storytelling with practical takeaways.

Reflecting on her new journey, Soha said: “Over the years, I’ve realised that so many of the experiences we go through as women—whether it’s navigating our changing bodies, motherhood, mental health, work-life balance, or simply learning to love ourselves—are often hidden in the shadows. We’re expected to stay strong, yet discouraged from showing vulnerability.”

She explained that All About Her is her attempt to change that by opening up conversations that are raw, honest, and healing. “I wanted to create a space where no subject is taboo, where women can show up just as they are—no filters, no judgment. Because being a woman is messy and magical, painful and powerful, and it’s time we talk about it all,” she added.
