Perth hosts grand Jagannath Rath Yatra celebrating spiritual unity

ISKCON Perth – Sri Sri Gaura Nitai Temple recently organized the grand Jagannath Rath Yatra, a vibrant celebration of devotion and culture that brought together the Indian community and locals in Perth.
Consul General Amarjeet Singh Takhi and Dr. Jags MLA joined the yatra, immersing themselves in the spiritual fervor. Devotees filled the streets with the chanting of Harinaam and performed joyful dances, symbolizing divine love and unity throughout the procession.
The festival offered a glimpse into India’s rich spiritual and cultural traditions, providing Western Australia’s multicultural community with a chance to experience the magnificence of Lord Jagannath’s chariot procession.
