GOPIO Gold Coast has announced plans to celebrate India’s Republic Day with a community event, inviting families and community members to participate in a cultural programme on the Gold Coast.
The celebration is scheduled for January 25, 2026, from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon, at the Broadbeach Cultural Centre, located at 61 Sunshine Boulevard, Mermaid Waters, Queensland.
The free community event will feature a range of activities showcasing Indian culture and creativity. The programme includes cultural performances, a fashion show, a special drama presentation, food stalls, and a dedicated art and craft workshop for children.
Organisers have stated that prior registration is required and can be completed online through the official booking link. The event is aimed at promoting community bonding while celebrating the values and cultural diversity associated with India’s Republic Day.
