Avneet Kaur visits Lal Baugcha Raja: Feeling so blessed

Mumbai, Aug 29 (IANS) — Actress Avneet Kaur sought blessings at Mumbai’s famous Lal Baugcha Raja on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, expressing gratitude for “everything” as she joined the festive celebrations.

The actress shared a video on Instagram of her darshan and prayers during the aarti, accompanied by friend and fellow actor Jacqueline Fernandez.

“Thank you Bappa for everything. Feeling so blessed! #lalbaug #ganeshchaturthi #aarti,” Avneet captioned the post.

Ganesh Chaturthi, celebrated across India on August 26 this year, marks the birth of Lord Ganesha, revered as the remover of obstacles and the harbinger of wisdom and prosperity. The festival is observed with grandeur through installations of Ganesha idols in homes and on public pandals.

On the work front, Avneet is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Love in Vietnam, whose trailer dropped on August 25. The film traces a heartfelt love story featuring Avneet and Shantanu Maheshwari, exploring themes of love, heartbreak, and resilience across cultures and distances.

The cast also includes Vietnamese actress Kha Ngan, recognized among Asia’s 100 most beautiful women, alongside veterans Farida Jalal, Raj Babbar, and Gulshan Grover. Inspired by Sabahattin Ali’s acclaimed novel Madonna in a Fur Coat, the film promises a timeless narrative.

Directed by Rahhat Shah Kazmi and presented by Zee Studios, Love in Vietnam is produced by Captain Rahul Bali, Blue Lotus Pictures, Innovations India, Rahat Kazmi Film Studios, Zebaish Entertainment, Tariq Khan Productions, Mango Tree Entertainment, and Samten Hills, Dalat. The film is set for a theatrical release on September 12.
