Telugu Association of Australia announces devotional musical programme

Melbourne, May 8 (Australia India News Newsdesk)

 The Telugu Association of Australia Inc. (TAAI) will organise a musical event dedicated to Telugu saint poet Tallapaka Annamacharya at Banksia in Keysborough on May 31.

The programme will commence at 2.30 pm and will feature performances by music and dance schools from across Melbourne. Organisers said the event would focus on devotion, culture and the musical legacy of Annamacharya through presentations of Annamayya Sankeertanalu.

Tea, coffee and snacks will be served to attendees during the event.

According to TAAI, the programme is intended to create a cultural and spiritual atmosphere through performances by members of the Telugu community.

Organisers said additional updates and performer announcements would be shared closer to the event date.
