India to showcase science and creative innovation at Brisbane Festival

The Consulate General of India, Brisbane and the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, in partnership with the Queensland Museum, are set to participate in the World Science Festival Brisbane, highlighting India’s growing footprint in science, technology, and creative industries.

As part of the festival programme, Sonu Yadav will take part in the STEM Futures Forum, contributing to discussions on emerging scientific ideas and innovation. The VIP opening will also feature a showcase by Elsewhere in India, creators of 432 Hz: Resonant Futures, reflecting the intersection of art, technology, and future-focused thinking.

The collaboration aims to present a dynamic mix of scientific exploration and cultural creativity, with Indian participation expected to add to the festival’s diverse international lineup when events begin in Brisbane from March 20, 2026.
