16th Annual Sree Ayyappa Swamy Mandala Pooja celebrated with grandeur

The Melbourne Ayyappa Seva Sangam recently hosted the 16th Annual Sree Ayyappa Swamy Mandala Pooja and Annadhanam at GAA Gaelic Park in Keysborough. The event brought together the Indian community and local dignitaries in a vibrant celebration of India’s cultural heritage.
Prominent attendees included Consul General Dr. Sushil Kumar, Cassandra Fernando MP, and Lee Tarlamis MP, along with various community leaders. The dignitaries commended the Indian diaspora for their invaluable contributions to Victoria’s multicultural society and their role in strengthening interpersonal ties between diverse communities.
The Mandala Pooja, a significant tradition in Hindu culture, was performed with devotion, followed by the Annadhanam, where food was distributed to all attendees as a gesture of community spirit.
