Australian High Commission recognises staff excellence at Delhi town hall

The Australian High Commission in New Delhi brought together its staff for a town hall meeting, where employees were acknowledged for their service and contributions to strengthening Australia–India ties.

High Commissioner Philip Green praised colleagues for their dedication and long-standing commitment, highlighting their role in advancing bilateral cooperation between the two countries. The gathering served as an opportunity to recognise achievements and reinforce team spirit within the mission.

A special commendation was awarded to Kathryn McMorrow, who received the Australian Defence Force Group Gold Commendation for her exemplary work with the Gender Peace and Security Directorate.

Officials said the event underscored the value of recognising individual efforts within the broader diplomatic framework, while fostering a cohesive and motivated team.

The town hall reflected the High Commission’s continued focus on excellence and collaboration in its engagement with India.
